Job Description

Bilingual Operations Manager overseeing legal production workflows for Mangone Law Firm, a U.S. immigration law firm. Improving KPIs, reducing bottlenecks, and leading team productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
  • Drive team growth, raising both the quality of the work delivered and overall productivity.
  • Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
  • Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, and other departments to ensure consistency and efficiency across the operation.
  • Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams or operations, ideally in high-volume, process-driven environments (call centers, BPOs, service firms, legal, etc.).
  • Experience in the immigration or legal field is a big plus, though not required.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish).
  • Proven experience managing production lines or workflows, with the ability to identify and remove bottlenecks before they impact the client.
  • Ability to prevent and reduce backlog, prioritizing effectively and anticipating operational risks.
  • Development-oriented leadership, with the ability to raise both the quality of work and the productivity of the people you manage.
  • Analytical, process-driven thinking, with the ability to measure KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both to give clear direction to your team and to coordinate with other areas of the firm.
