Job Description
Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator communicating with candidates and HR for recruitment. Supporting onboarding and interview scheduling while ensuring a smooth hiring process in both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate fluently and professionally with candidates and team members in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones
- Support the onboarding process by preparing, collecting, and tracking all required new hire paperwork and documentation
- Manage candidate data and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Send offer letters and assist candidates with pre-employment screening as needed
- Partner with recruiters to ensure all candidate communication is timely, accurate, and culturally sensitive
- Contribute to improving recruitment and onboarding workflows for greater efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required)
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working across various platforms (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and candidates
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
