Job Description
Sales Manager leading teams at Mangone Law Firm, dedicated to helping new Americans. Recruiting, training, and optimizing sales processes for a thriving law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop: You will recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams.
- Conversion Strategy: You will design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.
- Process Optimization: You will refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times.
- Analysis and Reporting: You will present detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management.
- Client Retention: You will lead post-sale initiatives to ensure a retention rate of 90%.
- Attend the consultation day events.
Requirements:
- Proven Leadership: Solid experience in managing sales teams and meeting aggressive goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis.
- Winning Mindset: Total orientation toward results and the ability to implement urgency-based incentives (On the Spot Sales).
- Learning Culture: Interest in actively participating in internal and external training (e.g., Cardone University, 8FF).
- Bilingual proficiency: Spanish/English
