Job Description

Healthcare recruiter sourcing, screening, and placing talent for the healthcare industry. Managing high-volume pipelines, interviews, and candidate relationships remotely from Montréal.

Responsibilities:

  • Source potential healthcare candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and role fit
  • Qualify candidates according to client specifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Provide interview preparation and debriefs to candidates
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and a robust talent pipeline
  • Stay updated on healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition trends and best practices
  • Stay current on healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology

Requirements:

  • Three to five (3 - 5) years of healthcare and/or Life Sciences recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously with urgency and efficiency
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies
  • Experience coordinating with HR regarding documentation and additional paperwork related to onboarding requirements
  • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude, with a high level of integrity and ethics
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration with the team
  • Passion for identifying the best candidate for a role while considering technical qualifications and organizational fit
  • Dedication to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with diverse people at all levels
  • Work authorization or eligibility to work in Canada is implied by the Montréal, QC, CAN location
