Job Description
Biometric Systems Specialist analyzing and testing biometric matching systems for European Dynamics’ major European Institution client. Improving performance, accuracy, data quality, and SLA compliance remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and maintain requirements for biometric matching systems’ configuration concerning performance, accuracy, data quality, and transactions
- Interpret and verify test results
- Analyse and propose solutions for future improvements
- Provide training on core biometric matching technologies
- Support contractors implementing or testing biometric-related functionalities and infrastructure
- Analyse and verify testing contractor results and determine deviations from system SLAs regarding performance, biometric performance, characteristics, and configurations
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- At least 7 years of experience as a biometric specialist
- At least 3 years of experience in biometric testing
- Excellent knowledge of biometric modalities: fingerprint, face, iris, voice, palm, and behavioural biometrics
- Excellent knowledge of biometric system architecture and end-to-end workflows
- Excellent knowledge of pattern recognition, machine learning, and computer vision fundamentals
- Good knowledge of core biometric matching technologies
- Excellent command of the English language
