Job Description
Part-time designer creating brand, campaign, event, and data-visualization assets for Worldly’s supply-chain sustainability intelligence platform. Extending visual systems across marketing and product experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing assets across campaigns, landing pages, social, digital promotion, and event graphics
- Work from Worldly’s brand system, evolving and extending it and identifying opportunities to strengthen it
- Design executive presentations and customer-facing decks
- Strengthen slide templates so the team can produce high-quality slides independently
- Lead visual design for events, including booth graphics, signage, and session materials
- Establish a strong photography library for slides and other assets
- Turn supply chain and sustainability data into charts, diagrams, explainers, and report layouts
- Create reusable templates, components, and visual patterns for the marketing team
- Partner with the Director, Product Design on visual patterns and brand expression across marketing and product touchpoints
- Report to the Director, Marketing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years designing for B2B or technology brands, with a portfolio showing brand systems and range across formats
- Strong visual judgement and craft
- Strong information design and data visualization skills
- Fluency in Figma
- Competence in Canva and presentation design in Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Experience across digital and physical formats, including web, social, event graphics, and print
- Ability to work independently from a brief without daily art direction
- Working hours with meaningful overlap with the North America workday
- Experience using AI tools in the design workflow, or interest in building that skill
- Experience in sustainability, climate, supply chain, or consumer goods is helpful
- Motion design or short-form video for social is helpful
- Experience working within a shared design system or alongside a product design team is helpful
- Event or trade show production experience is helpful
- Legally eligible to work in one of the required locations
- Must be able to commit to 20 hours per week
- Must have or be willing to obtain required work authorization; sponsorship question included in application
