Job Description

Brand & Marketing Manager developing Facebook and Instagram marketing strategies for the company. Responsible for creating engaging content and optimizing ad performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage our Facebook and Instagram business pages from scratch
  • Design and run high-performing Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads and brand visibility
  • Develop our brand identity and ensure it’s consistent across all platforms
  • Produce engaging, on-brand content (graphics, reels, captions, etc.)
  • Track ad performance and continuously optimize for better results
  • Think big picture—bringing creative marketing ideas to the table and executing fast

Requirements:

  • Strong track record of running Facebook ads with solid ROI
  • Ability to build brand pages and grow a following from the ground up
  • Branding and design experience (you don’t need to be a full graphic designer, but you should know how to make things look clean and professional)
  • A self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged—you run with it and get it done
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with blue-collar, service-based, or B2B industries
