Job Description
M3 Business Analyst leading design and improvement of ERP processes at Victaulic. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring system enhancements for supply chain and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of ERP processes across product management, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, projects, and customer order management.
- Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating operational needs into system enhancements and ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions.
- Maintain and optimize ERP processes and blueprints across regions.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of ERP enhancements.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support users after go-live.
- Work with vendors and partners on upgrades and integrations.
- Partner with IT teams and business leaders to deliver ERP solutions.
- Maintain documentation and provide training and support to global users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support (Infor M3 experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into system solutions.
- Experience with ERP integrations (EDI, CRM, eCommerce platforms, APIs).
- Familiarity with multi-channel order management and automation tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in operational environments such as sales, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.
