Job Description
Business Analyst optimizing financial operations and supporting process implementations for Quartile’s finance team. Engaging in cross-functional projects to drive efficiency and data visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Support Quartile’s Finance team in driving process improvement, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a connector between business and technology — analyzing needs, designing process solutions, and managing projects that enhance our financial operations.
- Hands-on in initiatives such as new billing processes, subscription management tools, financial data automation, and cross-functional reporting improvements.
- Document business processes, workflows, and dependencies across finance operations.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process documentation.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
- Support data quality initiatives, including data clean-up for month-end close.
- Conduct business case analysis for new tools or process enhancements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations/project management, ideally within SaaS, technology, or digital advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes with operational processes.
- Experience leading system or process implementation projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, self-directed, and adaptable.
