Job Description
Business Analyst leveraging expertise in business analytics to improve performance at leading franchise organization. Focus on advanced insights, KPI development, and business intelligence strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of advanced Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting
- Define and standardize KPIs across the organization
- Drive insight generation tied to margin, cycle time, and operational performance
- Develop forecasting, segmentation, and predictive models
- Partner with leadership to influence strategic decisions
- Mentor analysts and promote best practices
- Contribute to Fabric / Lakehouse architecture and semantic models
- All other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of BI, analytics, or data experience
- Advanced Power BI expertise and data modeling
- Strong SQL and data architecture knowledge
- Experience delivering executive-level insights
