Job Description
Business Analyst leading analytics initiatives and delivering insights for a franchise organization across North America. Responsible for KPI ownership and contributing to enterprise data strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of advanced Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting
- Define and standardize KPIs across the organization
- Drive insight generation tied to margin, cycle time, and operational performance
- Develop forecasting, segmentation, and predictive models
- Partner with leadership to influence strategic decisions
- Mentor analysts and promote best practices
- Contribute to Fabric / Lakehouse architecture and semantic models
Requirements:
- 5+ years of BI, analytics, or data experience
- Advanced Power BI expertise and data modeling
- Strong SQL and data architecture knowledge
- Experience delivering executive-level insights
