Job Description
Business Analyst apoiando aplicações PFME e Brand Planning para operações de marketing na América do Norte. Coordenando suporte funcional, testes, acessos, documentação e treinamento de usuários.
Responsibilities:
- Support Brand Planning processes, marketing investments, budget management (WBS Management), approval workflows, financial planning, and period-end closing (PEC)
- Assist with the documentation and maintenance of business processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Support business readiness for new functionalities and releases
- Support projects related to Brand Planning and business transformation programs
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute testing activities under the guidance of senior professionals
- Prepare test data, track defects, follow up with users, and support validations
- Coordinate business users during testing cycles and deployments
- Track project actions, risks, and dependencies
- Support go-live and hypercare activities
- Support user onboarding for PFME and related applications
- Coordinate access requests and role assignments
- Maintain role templates and access governance processes
- Work with Market Role Coordinators on access changes
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and process documentation
- Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and end-user training
- Maintain documentation repositories and operating procedures
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Application Analyst, or in a similar role
- Experience with SAP SD, SAP CRM, and/or similar commercial planning applications
- Experience supporting business users, documenting requirements, and coordinating operational activities
- Experience with a ticket management platform and practical knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes, including incident, request, problem, change, and defect management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience with business processes related to planning, budgeting, marketing, sales, or finance is preferred
- Experience supporting testing activities and business users is preferred
- Familiarity with user access management is preferred
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred
- Experience working with global or regional teams is preferred
- Ability to confidently participate in meetings, create documentation, and communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders is preferred
- Basic knowledge of project delivery processes and change management practices is preferred
