Job Description
Business Analyst responsible for survey administration and data reporting for institutional initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring data integrity in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support institutional research and reporting initiatives
- Coordinate survey schedules and manage course evaluation processes
- Monitor survey participation and ensure data integrity
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc data reports for institutional stakeholders
- Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
- Analyze collected data and present findings
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in IT services
- 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables and advanced Excel reporting functions
- Bachelor’s Degree (required and must be completed/verified)
