Job Description

Business Analyst responsible for survey administration and data reporting for institutional initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring data integrity in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support institutional research and reporting initiatives
  • Coordinate survey schedules and manage course evaluation processes
  • Monitor survey participation and ensure data integrity
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc data reports for institutional stakeholders
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
  • Analyze collected data and present findings

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in IT services
  • 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports
  • Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables and advanced Excel reporting functions
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required and must be completed/verified)
