Job Description
Analytics Business Analyst defining requirements and delivering healthcare data, BI, and analytics solutions for Datavail. Supporting ingestion, dashboards, warehousing, and AI/ML applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining client technical and business requirements
- Document client technical and business requirements
- Work with developers to design and test Analytics applications
- Support Data Ingestion, Reporting/Dashboard development, and advanced analytical applications using AI/ML technologies
- Work as part of a team to successfully complete client engagements
- Collaborate with technical delivery and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop Analytics applications according to customer needs
- Provide consulting and advisory support on Analytics application development and best practices
- Deliver solutions within Datavail's Data Management/Analytics business unit
- Deliver Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Reporting solutions on-premises and in the cloud
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Business or Technical or a related field of study
- Healthcare experience and working knowledge with healthcare data and data systems is required
- 3 to 5 years professional services experience with leading projects for external or internal customers
- Hands-on / roll sleeves up work ethic, team player willing to take on work needed for project to succeed
- Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
- Develops solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Data analytics/data warehousing specific knowledge
- Experience or knowledge of GCP, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting/dashboard technologies is a plus
- Cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or Databricks
- Ability to develop source-to-target mappings is a plus
