Job Description
Business Analyst supporting agile software development at CIEE, a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization. Translating business needs into requirements, dashboards, testing, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an active member of agile team(s) and follow the Scrum framework
- Work side by side with engineering and multiple business units
- Assist in translating roadmap features into epics and stories
- Assist in developing and documenting business requirements
- Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes
- Work closely with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization
- Test and document systems, software, and services
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance across systems, software, services, and ways of working
- Support the design, development, documentation, training, testing, and maintenance of software applications
- Improve business processes and systems used to market to, acquire, and support CIEE participants
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex information to all levels of the business
- Curiosity to understand why and how things work
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience and competence in the analysis and comprehension of data
- 2 years of experience working with Salesforce
- International Education/Exchange experience preferred
