Job Description
Business Integration Coordinator supporting RxCompass pharmaceutical assistance program implementation. Coordinating client onboarding, integrations, reporting, testing, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing administration of RxCompass programs
- Follow project plans to implement and integrate clients into programs
- Manage deadlines and track progress across cross-functional teams
- Support onboarding of new clients and integration of existing clients into additional programs
- Attend key client meetings related to program implementation
- Manage program-related testing to ensure accuracy and performance
- Track, analyze, summarize, and present client/program statuses
- Monitor issues, procedures, and performance metrics
- Maintain client and program databases
- Monitor queues and respond within established goals
- Work cross-functionally to align teams, resolve issues, and drive action
- Partner with internal teams, external clients, and vendors
- Support the Client Experience team in implementation efforts
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
- Communicate with employees, vendors, and clients
- Handle inbound inquiries related to program implementation
- Provide timely follow-up on issues and inquiries
- Escalate discrepancies or workflow-impacting issues to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and address program-related risks and operational issues
- Troubleshoot daily problems
- Ensure smooth workflow and program operations
- Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to program requirements and timelines
- Monitor compliance with OLP-related policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of company and departmental policies and operational updates
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies or issues
- Abide by HIPAA obligations related to Protected Health Information and report violations
- Complete required HIPAA training and demonstrate competency
Requirements:

- Ability to understand current/changing business processes
- Bachelor’s degree (Business) or higher
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard software applications, including MS Office and Windows
- Ability to work during core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT
- Ability to adjust work times to cover meetings in all time zones
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays in accordance with industry demands
- Minimal travel requirement (10%)
- Account Management experience a plus
- PBM experience a plus
- Manufacturer Assistance Program experience a plus
