Job Description
Business Operations Manager leading operationalization of Business Line Teams at Akamai, focused on strategy and execution for business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and leading efficient weekly BLT meetings with curated agendas and facilitation
- Organizing and run impactful semi-annual BLT off sites
- Capturing and following through on actions and outcomes from meetings
- Partnering with Program Management on resource planning, initiative prioritization, and dependency management
- Working closely with Product Operations to communicate insights on product performance
- Partnering with Product Revenue Operations to share results and go-to-market performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations or a related role, with a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, effectively influence across various levels, and successfully present ideas to senior leaders.
- Handle multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities effectively within a dynamic and high-energy work setting.
- Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, implementing initiatives, and managing operational planning within an international organization.
- Adapt swiftly to change while staying composed, clear-minded, and focused on key priorities.
