Job Description
Business Analyst joining an enterprise digital banking modernization project, bridging technical delivery and operational reality to ensure seamless transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows.
- Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs.
- Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience mapping complex operational workflows and business rules.
- Experience facilitating workshops, managing business validation testing, and coordinating business cutover readiness.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
