Job Description
Campground Operations Coach developing General Managers and improving guest experience, team performance, and financial results across Team Outsider’s U.S. campground portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Support and develop General Managers across Team Outsider’s portfolio of campgrounds
- Provide subject-matter expertise, operational coaching, and consistent accountability to General Managers
- Translate company strategy into daily execution across properties
- Drive improvement in Google Reviews, Team Member NPS, and financial performance
- Ensure properties maintain clear visions, strategies, priorities, and measurable performance indicators
- Develop General Managers through coaching, feedback, and capability building
- Ensure the right people are in the right roles with clear expectations and accountability
- Strengthen hospitality standards, guest-facing processes, and service delivery
- Increase adoption of operating standards, processes, systems, and guest experience expectations
- Identify issues, drive solutions, and escalate appropriately
- Build trust and alignment across on-site teams and Home Office partners
Requirements:
- Multi-site or multi-unit operations experience (hospitality, franchise, retail, or similar)
- Experience in campground / RV / outdoor hospitality strongly desired
- Experience developing and coaching on-site leaders
- Strong operational execution and performance mindset
- Experience working in fast-growth or scaling environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with strong relevant experience
- Ability to travel 30% to properties
