Job Description
Car wash maintenance technician servicing Golden Nozzle facilities throughout New England. Maintaining wash equipment, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatics, lighting, and related systems.
Responsibilities:
- Service car washes located throughout New England
- Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls
- Perform general repair and maintenance safely and efficiently
- Maintain car wash equipment, HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Coordinate with the GN Maintenance Manager for call prioritization and maintenance supplies
Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Experience in construction trades or facility management position
- Familiarity with Hydraulics/Plumbing, pneumatics and beginner electrical
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to independently carry out assigned duties and responsibilities
- Ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls
- Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours
- Available 7 days a week for a rotating, on-call schedule every 3 weeks
- Must supply own hand tools
- Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications utilized by Nouria Energy
