Job Description
Home-based Category Merchant Coordinator supporting DCX’s BPO services for U.S. promotional-products businesses. Managing product sourcing, pricing, supplier webinars, and Merchant administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchant team with administrative tasks related to suppliers and product details
- Support Merchants on RFP Market Basket item sourcing and pricing using Excel spreadsheets and provided information/product specs
- Provide follow-up information on product pricing, images, and access details
- Coordinate and manage supplier webinars throughout the year
- Send invitations to the Merchant team
- Upload supplier webinar details to SharePoint
- Source products for suppliers' discontinued items and other Merchant needs
- Source and collect product details for PowerPoint presentation decks
- Own or coordinate with shared services teams on assignments and follow through on tasks
- Assist clients in providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns
- Receive queries, resolve issues, understand customer goals, and maintain extensive product knowledge
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College Education preferred in English, marketing, communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English proficiency level
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Knowledge of basic HTML and ShopStar is a plus
- Preferred experience using Jira, SharePoint, and Teams
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis in Illustrator, Photoshop
- ShopStar experience is a plus
- Excellent writing ability, including the ability to write within established styles and in other people's direction
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Able to work quickly and independently in a deadline-driven environment with limited supervision
- Capable of effectively providing, receiving and responding positively to constructive critiques on work
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
