Job Description
Civil litigation attorneys managing complex cases, ESI discovery, and legal research for national Am Law 100 firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. Flexible fully remote and hybrid options.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases in State and Federal courts across the country
- Lead complex ESI discovery processes
- Ensure defensible and efficient data management
- Conduct deep-dive internet legal research to support novel legal theories
- Leverage AI-based legal tools for document review, research, and drafting
- Interact directly with clients
- Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience; all experience levels are welcome to apply
- Driven team player
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Strong academic background
- Proven research skills
- Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Trial experience preferred but not required
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada
- Cover letter, resume, and writing sample required
