Job Description

Client Billing Systems Analyst resolving complex contract billing issues for Radiology Partners, a U.S. radiology practice. Analyzing revenue-cycle data and improving billing accuracy across healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve complex contract billing issues, including fee schedule discrepancies, billing logic errors, routing exceptions, and charge concerns
  • Analyze account, system, and reporting data to identify root causes
  • Implement corrective actions and validate accurate billing outcomes
  • Partner with clients, operations, technical support, and RCM teams to resolve issues and communicate findings
  • Provide subject matter expertise
  • Monitor reports and dashboards for billing exceptions, holds, and suspended accounts
  • Research, clean up, and appropriately route issues for resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation in SNOW tickets
  • Collaborate on process improvements to increase billing accuracy, efficiency, and operational effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or invoicing experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with executives and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems
  • Self-motivated, results-driven team player who adapts well to change
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professionalism with internal and external partners
  • Ability to travel minimally (<5%) for executive events
