Job Description
Client Liaison and Administration Officer role at Satellite Office. Supporting client relations and administrative tasks in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Support daily operations management
- Coordinate administrative tasks and manage schedules
- Maintain accurate documentation and databases
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools
