Job Description
Clinical Consultant implementing Philips radiology informatics and VUE PACS solutions across UKI. Configuring workflows, training clinical users, and supporting VUE PACS deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement application configuration, user training, product commercialization, trade show support, product demos, call escalation handling, and system workflow integration
- Provide application consultation and workflow expertise for radiology informatics solutions across the install base
- Support customers locally in UKI and assist the global application team when required
- Configure clinical workflows and provide consultative support for VUE PACS solution implementations
- Develop and execute training programs for clinical users
- Support User Acceptance Testing for solution go-live
- Resolve defects related to clinical UI and workflows
- Mentor customers in system maintenance
- Document as-built workflows and facilitate handover to service support
- Participate in developing new solutions and product functionalities
- Travel internationally across Europe as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or vocational education and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science and Technology preferred
- Experience in a radiology department and good understanding of radiology workflows
- Experience with PACS
- Radiographer license or experience as a PACS administrator
- Proficiency with MS Office Products
- Experience with application training and/or consulting
- Fluent English
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Team player, adaptable, and strong interpersonal skills
- Driving license
- Flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland up to 70% of the time and across Europe as required
- Standard DBS criminal record check required
