Job Description
Clinical Research Associate focusing on Rare Diseases or Oncology at Parexel. Provide foundational training, support CRAs, and manage site relationships with significant travel expectations.
Responsibilities:
- APEX Clinical Research Associate (CRA) providing foundational clinical research training
- Perform billable project tasks to support CRAs and Clinical Operations Leads
- Collaborate with CRAs for observational and co-monitoring support
- Address and resolve site issues and questions
- Manage site quality and delivery from site identification through to close-out
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in Rare Diseases or Oncology Clinical Trials
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in life sciences/data sciences/pharmacy or other health-related disciplines
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Experience working in a self-driven capacity with a sense of urgency and limited oversight.
