Job Description
Assistente Comercial Jr supporting commercial operations for credit loan processes. Strengthening relationships and efficiency with partners to enhance results.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to partners on operational matters, such as loan simulations and loan portability.
- Support operational routines related to banks' RO and clarify questions about proposal entry/digitization.
- Assist with user creation flows and the release/approval of proposals.
- Work alongside the Commercial Generator to contact partners experiencing a drop in production.
- Support operational training with partner teams, especially on data entry processes and questions related to RO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Knowledge of the payroll loan market.
- Prior experience in operational roles is a plus.
- Interest in and aptitude for commercial/sales activities.
