Job Description
Leads end-to-end Commercial Card Implementation strategy and execution at M&T Bank. Oversight includes client onboarding and operational risk management across functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex and high-value client implementations
- Oversee delivery of platform and technical installs
- Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences
- Partner with Product Management to operationalize new and enhanced products
- Actively manage pipeline pull-through with Sales
- Own operational risk management across CCI
- Build and develop CCI capacity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 year relevant experience, OR lieu of a degree, A combined minimum of 11 years higher education and/or work experience including 3 years relevant experience
- 9 years supervisory/operations experience
