Job Description

Commercial contracts coordinator supporting TM Forum, a global connectivity industry alliance. Managing contracts, CRM records, procurement onboarding and operational reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support administration, preparation and tracking of commercial contracts across multiple lines of business
  • Assist with Master Service Agreement creation and management
  • Coordinate contract execution, exception management and contract follow-up
  • Liaise with Legal, Finance, Procurement and Commercial teams on contract progression and issue resolution
  • Support procurement onboarding and capture customer procurement requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, DocuSign CLM and other business systems
  • Produce contract, pipeline and operational reports for business decision-making
  • Manage shared inboxes and improve and automate customer enquiries
  • Support lead management and sales administration activities
  • Assist with invoice queries and coordinate follow-up activities
  • Support event readiness, sponsorship delivery and commercial campaigns where applicable
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications across Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations and Product teams
  • Maintain documentation, process guides, precedent libraries and knowledge resources
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency
  • Contribute to adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation solutions across Commercial Operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting Sales, Commercial Operations, Legal, Contracts, Finance or customer-facing teams
  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative, operations or sales support environment
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working with contracts, purchase orders, invoices, proposals or other commercial documentation
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and ensuring high data quality standards
  • Understanding of commercial processes and the sales lifecycle
  • Basic understanding of contract administration and commercial agreements
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyse information and identify process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
  • Good judgement, including knowing when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to become proficient in Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint and AI-enabled workplace tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Experience maintaining accurate customer, contract and financial records
  • Ability to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies
  • Experience producing reports from multiple systems and data sources
  • Desirable: experience supporting a membership organisation, association or technology business
  • Desirable: experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, Salesforce certification or advanced CRM experience, reporting and dashboard creation, process automation, Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools, and knowledge management resources
