Job Description

Conferences Manager leading K-12 conference sales for Albert’s student feedback and teacher data platform. Staffing booths, qualifying school leads, and coordinating nationwide event logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Albert’s presence at K-12 conferences across the country
  • Staff the booth and conduct conversations with school and district administrators on the show floor
  • Own follow-up on every generated lead until it is qualified and ready to hand off to an Account Executive
  • Maintain a pipeline of conference leads and follow up with current opportunities, including calling, to set meetings for Account Executives
  • Keep CRM notes updated and deal data clean
  • Attend and plan conferences and trade shows within the territory
  • Coordinate travel, conference logistics, marketing materials, pre-conference campaigns, and booth setup
  • Research and select future conferences, including booth and package selection, within an annual conferences budget
  • Support Sales and Revenue Operations teams with AI workflows and revenue asset maintenance
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on conference logistics, event selection, and setup
  • Work with two Account Executives as the sole person in this role

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or account management in a comparable role required
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience with strong examples of ed-tech integration
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to listen, articulate, persuade, leverage data from multiple sources, and create compelling narratives
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure, adapt quickly, focus, and prioritize in stressful situations
  • Ambitious goals and high grit for achieving long-term success
  • Attention to detail and disciplined work habits
  • Ability to support teammates and contribute to team success
  • Must live within 30 minutes driving distance of ORD, DIA, HOU, DFW, or ATL, or be willing to relocate
  • Must live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin
  • Experience using Albert in the classroom is ideal
