Job Description
Business Systems Analyst gathering requirements and writing user stories for Atos travel technology projects. Managing Jira and Confluence while bridging business, development, and QA teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and user needs in the travel space
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements
- Write user stories aligned with business goals and refine them with product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Review systems, processes, and data flows to identify improvements
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, document user stories, and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to implement solutions
- Support quality assurance by creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify process improvements and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions
- Stay current on travel-industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is a strong plus
