Job Description
Consultant supporting Accenture clients in transforming complex energy and infrastructure projects. Driving strategic planning, digitalization, project governance, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to challenging infrastructure projects across the entire project lifecycle—from strategic planning through successful implementation
- Support clients in the end-to-end transformation of complex infrastructure projects
- Identify opportunities for optimization and develop pragmatic solutions
- Drive efficiency, digitalization, and modern project governance to create measurable value
- Support the management, structuring, prioritization, and implementation of key project requirements
- Create transparency in complex situations and prepare well-founded decision-making materials
- Support implementation activities on site at the client’s premises
- Help establish effective project structures and manage stakeholders
- Support project teams in delivering consistent results in dynamic environments
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or a comparable field
- Ideally, initial practical experience gained through internships or working student roles in consulting or infrastructure projects
- Open, communicative personality with confidence in interacting with clients and project teams
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Analytical mindset
- Flexibility in a dynamic consulting environment
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a minimum C1 level in each language
