Job Description
HR Consultant assessing operational talent, evaluating performance, and identifying training needs. Supporting career mobility and redeployment for short- and long-term assignments at Randstad Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Assess operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for short-term/project-based and long-term assignments.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational talent.
- Determine training programs by identifying learning sessions based on skill gaps.
- Analyze KPIs related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization.
- Support redeployment by matching operational talent with suitable job opportunities and assignments.
- Provide tools and guidance for career mobility based on skills and experience.
- Develop a robust pool of operational talent through networking.
Requirements:
- Expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline.
- Growing knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.
- Ability to perform structured work assignments related to the discipline.
- Ability to use existing policies, procedures, or instructions to solve routine or standard problems.
- Ability to work under supervision and direction from more senior roles.
- Ability to explain factual information of limited complexity in straightforward situations.
