Job Description
Honorartrainer:in für Operations Management, Data und KI bei WBS TRAINING. Begleitung von Lernenden im Flipped-Classroom-Modell aus dem Homeoffice.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for participants’ learning success and motivation in Operations Management (including Data & AI)
- Support and guide learners as a coach in the flipped classroom model
- Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application
- Facilitate discussion of what has been learned in innovative formats
- Create a positive learning and working environment
- Supervise the individual completion of assignments as part of project work
- Assess project work
- Support the (further) development of the product
- Teach remotely from a home office
Requirements:
- At least two years of professional experience in Operations Management
- Extensive hands-on experience in Operations Management, operational management, and data-driven analysis and optimization of business processes
- Degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification in Business, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office—especially Excel and PowerPoint—Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Gamma
- Extensive experience in day-to-day operational management
- Ability to prioritize based on available data and make decisions under time pressure
- Professional handling of incomplete data and escalation situations
- Practical use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable applications for situation analysis, hypothesis development, process analysis, and developing courses of action
- Knowledge of the opportunities and limitations of AI use in operational contexts, as well as fundamental legal and ethical considerations
- Application must include an overview of projects in which AI tools were used in Operations Management, including a brief description of the tools used and how they were applied
- Experience analyzing and optimizing operational processes and performance using KPI systems, root cause analysis, and systems thinking
- Ability to identify interfaces, dependencies, and potential misinterpretations of data
- Experience leading and developing teams in data-driven environments
- Use of KPIs in performance management, as well as experience conducting feedback and development discussions and managing conflicts
- Experience in resource management and ensuring operational stability, particularly in forecasting, scenario planning, data-driven capacity planning, and risk management
- Ability to evaluate courses of action and make make-or-automate decisions
- Excellent command of German, the training language (C2 level)
