Job Description
Contracts Administration Analyst I at BCBST maintaining contracting standards and supporting compliance in the healthcare sector. Collaborating with departments to manage contracts and audits effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting and coordinating with departments and employees to facilitate contract implementation.
- Support contracting audits and validation of system implementations and deployments to create the least user disruption.
- Serve as a guide for all negotiated agreements with contracting system.
- Assisting in the development of operating policies and procedures for the department.
- Monitoring contracts against goals and objectives.
- Manages requests related to audits and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of relevant work experience in a legal, compliance, contract administration, computer science, or healthcare field.
- 2 years of progressive administrative experience in various software systems (i.e. Microsoft, Google, DocuSign, SharePoint) required.
- Proven experience maintaining contracting standard with a focus on processes and technical solutioning.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
