Job Description
Delivery Lead Consultant at Mercer leveraging Workday expertise to lead digital transformation projects for clients. Architecting and maintaining HCM solutions with adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions
- Maintain accurate project forecasts for assigned workstream, monitor delivery progress, and communicate timelines
- Develop and deliver thought leadership content and intellectual property
Requirements:
- Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM
- 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant
- 3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM at the level of a subject matter expert
- Strong subject matter expertise of Workday architecture, security, and best practices
- Proven ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
