Job Description
Corporate Polish Trainer delivering live online lessons to professionals worldwide. Helping goFLUENT's global business clients build workplace communication skills through virtual instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live online language lessons to business professionals in one-on-one and small-group settings
- Facilitate engaging lessons using goFLUENT's established teaching methodology
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment
- Encourage learner participation
- Teach professionals including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts
- Help business professionals build communication skills for the global workplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written Polish & English
- Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused
- Quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection
- Dedicated, stable workspace for remote work
- Windows 10 or up, or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma)
- Intel processor: Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen (or equivalent)
- MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with M1 chip
- 8 GB RAM or more
- 20 GB of free disk space
- High-speed internet connection: 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
