Job Description
Analyst providing high-quality support to corporate clients through Zapdesk, Chat, and phone. Responsible for managing flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.
Responsibilities:
- Customer support via Zendesk, chat and phone, ensuring efficient and personalized assistance;
- Quoting, booking, issuing and reissuing domestic travel services, including air, road, accommodation and car rentals;
- Use of systems such as Sabre and E-LATAM, among others, with user-level knowledge;
- Provide immediate feedback on incidents to the corporate department, including compliments, complaints and suggestions for improvement;
- Maintain and update the Help Center, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
- Act as an intermediary between the corporate department and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Technical course and/or higher education in progress in: Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent fields;
- Experience in customer service via digital channels;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Corporate travel experience is a plus;
- Intermediate English is desirable.
