Job Description

Analyst providing high-quality support to corporate clients through Zapdesk, Chat, and phone. Responsible for managing flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support via Zendesk, chat and phone, ensuring efficient and personalized assistance;
  • Quoting, booking, issuing and reissuing domestic travel services, including air, road, accommodation and car rentals;
  • Use of systems such as Sabre and E-LATAM, among others, with user-level knowledge;
  • Provide immediate feedback on incidents to the corporate department, including compliments, complaints and suggestions for improvement;
  • Maintain and update the Help Center, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Act as an intermediary between the corporate department and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Technical course and/or higher education in progress in: Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent fields;
  • Experience in customer service via digital channels;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Corporate travel experience is a plus;
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
