Job Description
Remote Assistant for vacation, cruise, and group itinerary planning. Help clients create seamless and memorable experiences through personalized service and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals
- Research destinations, suppliers, and current promotions
- Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences
- Coordinate reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
- Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote, technology-based environment
- Proficiency with email, online research, and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
