Job Description

Customer Care Associate for Geisinger Health Plan resolving customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. Involves answering questions, investigating issues, and completing outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service to customers by answering questions and/or resolving concerns.
  • Investigates all concerns/issues to assure accurate information is provided in a timely manner.
  • Provides resolution for all customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Completes outbound calls to customers to resolve complex benefit, eligibility, premium, pharmacy, claims or other related issues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year-Customer Service (Required)
  • Call Center Technologies (Inactive)
