Job Description

Customer Care Agent for a leading German insurance group handling customer inquiries and processing claims remotely while living in Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inbound and outbound communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email (German).
  • Process insurance claims and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures.
  • Process new vehicle insurance applications, manage contract changes, conversions, and terminations.
  • Handle correspondence and documentation with high accuracy required.
  • Provide insurance advice and prepare tailored offers.
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products (liability, property, legal, etc.).
  • Support onboarding (e.g., self-service portal registrations).
  • Schedule pension consultation appointments.

Requirements:

  • Language German C1+ (fluent)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to explain complex insurance topics clearly
  • Strong problem-solving with focus on first-contact resolution
  • High attention to detail (data entry & documentation)
  • Comfortable multitasking across systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident PC user (Windows, CRM systems, MS Office)
  • Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
  • Minimum high school diploma
