Job Description
Remote Vodafone sales advisor providing first-level technical support for TV, phone, and internet customers. Identifying sales opportunities and optimizing contracts for regiocom’s customer-service operation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound first-level support for existing customers
- Assist customers with technical issues affecting TV, phone, and internet services
- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities
- Provide needs-based product advice and optimize contracts during every customer interaction
- Present suitable Vodafone products convincingly, with a strong focus on sales
- Complete five weeks of paid training during a fixed early shift, Monday to Friday
- Work a two-shift schedule Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. thereafter
- Work 40 hours per week on a five-day schedule, with shifts planned several weeks in advance
Requirements:
- Comfortable using computers
- Able to handle straightforward technical issues
- Customer-service oriented with strong sales skills
- Friendly, persuasive, and empathetic in a sales environment
- Fluent German with strong verbal communication skills
- At least one year of call center experience, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications industry, or at least one year of sales experience
- Reliable and self-motivated when working from home
- Resident of Germany
- Willing and able to reliably work the stated hours
- Willing to work shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Willing to work every other weekend, with time off in lieu during the week
