Job Description
Customer Service Agent responsible for supporting B2B clients in the healthcare sector. Involves order management and ensuring high service quality in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Your role as **Customer Service Agent** is the heart of our customer relationships in Germany.
- End-to-end customer support: Be the first point of contact for our pharmacy customers (B2B) and support them from onboarding and the first order through to a long-term partnership.
- Order management: You are responsible for ensuring orders are processed smoothly, monitoring delivery status, and making sure our products arrive safely and on time with our partners.
- Problem resolution: In case of delivery delays, complaints, or complex inquiries, you respond proactively, solution-focused, and always with the highest service quality.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with our logistics, sales, and compliance teams to continuously optimize our processes.
- Data management: You document all customer interactions precisely in our ticketing system and ensure excellent data quality.
Requirements:
- Several years of solid experience in customer service with a strong focus on the B2B segment.
- Ideally, you have worked in a medical, pharmaceutical, or similarly highly regulated environment and are familiar with the high standards required by pharmacies and clinics.
- You demonstrate empathy, commitment, and an absolute "Customer First" mindset.
- You enjoy working in a structured way, keep a cool head even in very dynamic, fast-paced environments, and enjoy actively helping to shape processes.
- Native or business-fluent German and fluent English.
- Confident use of modern ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
