Job Description

Assistente de Atendimento ao Cliente na Asaas, oferecendo suporte via chat, telefone e e-mail. Resolvendo problemas e maximizando o uso de ferramentas da empresa.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers via chat, phone, and email to understand their needs and the needs of the business, and to promote optimal use of Asaas
  • Resolve customer issues and take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided
  • Work responsibly to meet assigned targets
  • Prioritize tasks and meet service completion deadlines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology (laptops/notebooks, spreadsheets, internal systems, and Google Workspace tools)
  • Basic knowledge of banking/payment topics (payment methods, receivables anticipation/advances, and invoices)
