Job Description

Remote Customer Service Representative offering exceptional support to clients via calls and emails from home. Seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals with communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update our database with any relevant information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support when needed
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and maintain positive relationships

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting
  • Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
  • Available to work full-time, including occasional weekends and evenings
