Job Description
Remote Customer Service Representative offering exceptional support to clients via calls and emails from home. Seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals with communication skills and customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records and update our database with any relevant information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support when needed
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and maintain positive relationships
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a remote setting
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
- Available to work full-time, including occasional weekends and evenings
