Job Description
Customer Support für FunnelCockpits All-in-One-Marketing-Software. Betreuung, Fehleranalyse und Feedback über Intercom, Linear sowie Produkt- und Entwicklungsteam.
Responsibilities:
- You support our customers via Intercom in writing, with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
- You document inquiries in Linear and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams
- You test new features and actively help improve our Knowledge Base and AI features
- You share customer support feedback and help make FunnelCockpit even better
- You contribute your own ideas and work independently
Requirements:
- You already have experience in customer service, ideally in a digital environment (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, or IT support)
- You speak fluent German and English – English is required for communication with our international Engineering team
- You have a good technical understanding and are comfortable learning new tools
- You are solution-first, courteous, and focused on finding solutions
- You work reliably, systematically, and independently from your home office
- Nice to have: Experience with other marketing tools or landing page/funnel builders
- Nice to have: Exposure to SEO and performance marketing (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
