Job Description
D365 Operations Lead supporting ERP, supply chain, and logistics systems for a software development client in India. Navigating integrations, troubleshooting systems, and supporting AI-driven automation capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations
- Support processes across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics
- Navigate complex business and system architectures with multiple integrations
- Support integrated enterprise landscapes involving multiple peripheral applications
- Analyze and troubleshoot business and system issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders on operational and system matters
- Learn and support new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern digital capabilities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics processes
- Ability to understand and navigate complex business and system architectures with multiple integrations
- Experience supporting integrated enterprise landscapes involving multiple peripheral applications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration capabilities
- Curiosity and strong learning mindset for new technologies
- Awareness or exposure to AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern digital capabilities (AI mindset)
- Mid-Senior level
- 11+ years of experience stated in the role overview
