Job Description
Daily Banker apoiando consultores da Suno, ecossistema brasileiro de soluções financeiras e investimentos. Monitorando liquidez, conformidade, relatórios e automação operacional.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor client account balances and liquidity to ensure daily operations are executed efficiently and within established limits
- Ensure that all financial transactions comply with financial and investment regulations
- Prepare monthly financial reports to support investment and financial management decisions
- Manage and interact with operational ticketing platforms, ensuring support for the Consultant team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Help automate departmental workflows and processes
- Provide operational support to the Consultant team, ensuring convenience and ease for end clients
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical mindset
- Knowledge of financial products such as foreign exchange, insurance, pension plans, fixed income, and equities
- Familiarity with platforms such as XP Wealth Services, BTG, Panda, and HubSpot, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence tools
- Interest in financial markets
- Previous customer service experience in the financial markets is a plus
- Certifications such as CEA, CPA-20, or PQO are preferred
