Job Description

Data Analyst leveraging SQL and BI tools to enhance data insights in Native's commercial operations. Building visualization systems and collaborating across teams for strategic impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Quality Layer: Design and operationalize data visualization systems across our global commercial pipelines.
  • Build scalable business intelligence: Design, develop, and optimize strategic dashboards that transform large volumes of data into clear and actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Turn complex metrics into intuitive visualizations that enable the identification of risks, opportunities, and operational performance in real time.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end data flow: Develop and maintain transformation, modeling, and automation processes using tools such as BigQuery, LookML, and Dataform.
  • Ensure data traceability, consistency, and availability from the source to the final visualization.
  • Collaborate to maximize impact: Partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Business teams to build robust analytical solutions aligned with strategic priorities and focused on delivering measurable value.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level fluency in SQL/MySQL and strong command of BQ for Dataforms development and transformations within the data flow.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) designing and implementing data quality monitoring, validation, and anomaly detection systems.
  • Strong grasp of data structures, transformation pipelines, and methods to identify, quantify, and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Qlik, Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, test hypotheses, and connect anomalies to their operational or market root cause.
  • Clarity when translating complex data findings to both technical and business audiences.
