Coordinate the Data Engineering team, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and continuous delivery
Serve as a technical reference, supporting architecture decisions, standards, and best practices
Develop the team through feedback, technical guidance, and career growth support
Organize the technical backlog, follow-up rituals, and alignment with the Head of Data
Lead the implementation and evolution of modern data architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance
Define and maintain engineering standards for data ingestion, transformation, versioning, and publication
Ensure the efficient integration of data from multiple internal and external sources
Support the development and promotion of an engineering and data culture at Sólides

Solid experience in Data Engineering, working in production and scalable environments
Previous experience in technical leadership, coordination, or serving as a senior technical reference
Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with Python
Experience with PySpark and cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Lakehouse environments
Experience with pipeline orchestration (Airflow, dbt, or similar tools)
Strong knowledge of data modeling and support for analytical layers
Experience with software engineering best practices applied to data (testing, version control, CI/CD)
Knowledge of modern data architectures, governance, security, and privacy
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Analytical and pragmatic mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
